Whip or SS?

So I am currently 93/99 attack and wondering should I get a ss instead of a whip? I know I will need to when training str but what about now, ss instead of whip?

Whip and DFS training would be good for attack and defence.

SS > whip strength

though, I use whip to train strength because I need all 3 of them 99 (controlled FTWZ!)

Yeah, like everyone else is saying, I suggest you use a whip. A whip would be a lot better in this situation and would become a lot more effective.
