Which Social Medium is Best For STAT Account

So I am thinking about starting a Stat account. I will have some money soon to start one and I don't know which social medium is best to start one on? Any ideas? Vine, Twitter, Instagram? Help me I need your advice. Also how much money do I have to put into an account on these networks to get a decent amount of active followers or just get a good base?
 
In my opinion easiest to grow is: Instagram, Twitter, Vine.
And I would get around $100 so you can get some shoutouts from big accounts.
By then you should have a decent following count.

Okay thank you. I'm trying to buy enough promotion to get around 40,000-60,000 Followers how much do you think this would cost?

cheaper to just buy an account if you're looking for that many followers, that would probably be like $800 - $1.5k if you wanted someone to promo you from scratch

edit: im talking about insta
 
If its going to be that big just buy a STAT, be careful and don't get scammed.
Insta is easy to grow, just get a bot and use old af accounts(you can get them easily) and start commenting.
Having OG username helps.
 
If you're looking to get that many REAL followers it would make more sense to just buy a stat like the users above me said.
