Which PC is better?

Didn't really specify what you were going to be using it for, but, I'd say the first one, the specs are almost identical as far as I can tell, and it's cheaper. If you can, I'd wait for a little more money to upgrade RAM to 2 X 8GB as 2 X 4GB really isn't enough anymore.
 
why not just spend a little more, i dont think this pc will last.
 
I would rather get the 2nd PC tbh, you also need to upgrade some stuff.
 

Retard... At his price point, 8gb of RAM is more than enough. I would consider upgrading the power supply for sure.

Not exactly sure. Since I didn't sell my MAC yet I'm still just looking at builds
 
Lol no offense, but this build isn't that good. If you want a high performance gaming cpu always go with Intel over AMD, unless you are on a budget. Do not be fooled by "8 cores and 4.0GHZ processors" That does not mean they are necessarily better than another processor which is a common misconception. I could help you with a much better build, just tell me your budget and I'll build you something a lot better.
 
Second one will probably be better, but as many others have said already some of your picks are outdated and wont give you the best results for your money.
 
Second build isn't awful, but PLEASE get an SSD, and potentially an external/backup drive. SSD will load your shit faster, which I personally enjoy when designing.


I don't think they're aiming for a high end PC. By the looks of the builds they're trying to stay within an entry level/average build.

I wasn't meaning at his price point, I was meaning if he was to come into a little extra money it would be worth upgrading to 16, sorry for the misunderstanding.
