well if you are using windows 7 then you don't need any disc or something to format just go my computer and then right click and choose format.. if you don't have windows 7 then format with cd-rom it's the best choice.

I Think CD ROM is far better than pen drive . because in pen drive there is a chance of missing the files but there is no chance of missing files in Cd Rom

i agree with chintu.... a clean installation using cd-rom is not just better but the best way to use in reformatting a desktop/laptop...

First FOrmat whole of your computer once ,then install a new window ,i suggest u to install windows 7 cuz its more reliable and much lighter than Windows Vista
