The surefooted one is a bunch of shit; You stop failing courses at like 80 and so on. It would be extremely useless once you legit stopped failing courses to get it. I got the fishing one, just because it helps xp/hr go up in LRC.

Yes, by buying membership, you earn loyalty points which can be spent on auras, clothes, emotes, titles etc.
