Seagulls currently aren't doing it for me, getting me from 49 to 52 in 5hours. Stats: Attack: 40 Strength: 52 Defence: 1 I'll be using the Brine Sabre.

You don't actually have to finish the quest, just simply do up to the point where you go underground... which is right in the beginning. But with those stats, I would do train on Minotaurs.
