Where is Philly??

@Philly told me two nights ago that he was able to convert PayPal to BTC. So i sent him the money to his PayPal email and he confirmed he got it. He said it would only take 6 hours until he could send the BTC, but its been 36 hours and I haven't heard from him at all. I need that money for a deal before someone else buys the username I'm looking to buy, so im kind of in a rush! Does anyone know where he is?!

If ever doing a deal with him that requires you to wait a short amount of time to receive your payment, expect to wait a long time.

Hmm alright, i guess so \: hopefully he answers soon

Kid charged back when I got on to send the BTC, had to goto the hospital and have surgery likely tomorrow.
