When's the time to get a new keyboard?

I've had a scissor type keyboard for a while now, it is the SteelSeries Apex and the key caps are worn down with age. I've had this keyboard for 2 years now, and I wan a mechanical keyboard. Is this the right time to upgrade to a newer keyboard?
 
if it feels like the keys are not responsive i myself would get a new keyboard otherwise i wouldn't
 
if i were you i would buy i new keyboard :}
 
It's about now a good time too get a keyboard m8.

Vouch, my baby sister pulled off 3 keys and geeksquad wants $50 to put on those 3 keys. I can't do them myself because they are weird ass japanese alienware keys. Also, each replacement key is $40.
 
When you want things, you buy them.. Ta-da.
 
I ended up buying a nice Mech keyboard
