Regardless of the reasoning as to why you are upset/mad, What do you do when you are really mad? Do you walk it all off do you fight or what? I am really interested to know what you all do.​

I wish I was like that. Fuck I get mad of anything. If I don't get mad at least 100 times a day, I am either sick or Really Really messed up.

Well in hockey i just got thrown out because a guy wanted to fight me the whole game, then when i got my stuff off in the halls i went up to him and said lets go then he walked away like a pussy.

Get used to it, There are so many pussies in the world. That has happened to me so many times, I expect people walking away rather than following threw with the fight.
