I just want to know the first time everyone died in Runescape, where it was, and when it was (basically when you started playing).

Personally, I got pwned by that level 6 mugger by Varrock's Rune shop. I was level 3. This was sometime in late 2004, I don't exactly remember when I started playing.

I freaked out, lol. I was saying "HOW THE HELL DO I GET AWAY FROM HIM OMFG HE'S KILLING ME HELP HELP HELP!!!"

Someone was standing by me and laughing at me, I ran up some stairs. Then he came up and said that the mugger was gone, so I went back down, but he was still there. =(

I died the first time to a fucking wizard! I had 10k I felt fucking rich.
 
First time I died was from a black knight that is near the wilderness ditch. Yep he owned me.

Ah, that made me remember something. =)

I went to Karajama, and started collecting bananas. I felt so rich when I got 1k from it. =)

Then I stopped and I realized that skilling is more profitable.

Then I realized that botting is more profitable. =3

Lol, I think the second time I got killed was when I was walking to Varrock again after I died the first time. I got killed by those damn dark wizards. =(
I was so scared of them after that.
 
Those fucking wizards at varock. I worked fucking hard for my 2.4K, dammit.

I know, lol. I was so pissed. I worked hard to get back my full iron, and they killed me. ='(

They should have have warnings or something on tutorial island.
 
I kept killing men and died. Lost like 100gp. I was made and quit for a week. Then I remember once I didn't know that you could turn in a noted item into a bank for the item so I dropped it because I thought it was useless.

Yeah, I got pissed and quit for a week when I got killed by the wizard, right after I got killed by the mugger.
After a couple more friends started playing, though, I thought I'd get back into it.
And I did. Quite a bit. :rolleyes3:
 
I was a newb who had just started playing. Check out the conversation I had with my friend who introduced me!

Me: so wut dis place
Friend: Lumbridge.
Me: y?
Friend: it just is...
Me: wut i do here?
Friend: You start off here, go kill some cow.
Me: cool i like killing things.
Friend: There click on it.
Me: whats that thing over my head.. why is it red and others green?
Friend: WAIT NO RUN!
Me: help!!! PLEASE where am i???? something happened, how did i come back from dead?
Friend: *facepalm*
 
How do you guys remember this, especially from 2004c I'm pretty sure half of these were made up.

I'm just guessing tbh. I'm fairly sure I died to a cow, it could've been a goblin but a cow seems more likely to me. They seem more friendly and less dangerous. And the conversation, well it was a bonus. Knowing my friend & I, it was just based on what I believed would've happened, and some bits of memory.

but I'm guessing it was too a cow or wizard aswell, like seriously, those wizards have PMS 24/7, agro fkers.
 
I don't even remember, lol.

I started in early '04, so it was a while back.

All I can remember is that people were A LOT more generous back then. I was asking for some money to help me out and some guy gave me all the armour sets up to Adamant. Then another guy gave me 10k and I was feeling like a baller.
