For the last few days I am feeling down! Guys, can you help with some tips to lift my spirit up! It's really bad to feel like this!

Try to find new things that will cheer you up. Get involve in any communities activity. Be engage in meeting new people within your peer. Don't lock yourself inside your room if you feel down. Go out and do some fun like swimming, fishing, camping, and other things. Try to visit an old family and friends is a good idea as well. Threat yourself and do a restaurant with your own choice. Go to children's playground or in the park because watching children's happy will make you happy too. :)

If you're feeling down, or just want to smile more, then you might find the following ideas helpful.
1.Be thankful. Think about what you have.
2.Keep yourself busy.
3.Do not isolate yourself in your room.
4.Talk to a trustworthy friend about how you're feeling.
5.Sneak a candy into a friends pocket - let them wonder how it got there.
6.Have dessert for dinner, and dinner for dessert.
7.Read a book that makes you laugh, then listen to an uplifting song as loud as you like it.
8.Make a tent of blankets, cover the floor in pillows, and curl up with some hot chocolate and a good book, or someone you love.
9.Rearrange your room.
10.Teach someone to do something you do well - fly a kite, swim a mile. They will appreciate it.
11.Don't forget that you're special. Remember that you know who you are and you like yourself that way.
That helps you to think outward towards making someone else's face light up, instead of thinking how hard it is to make yourself happy. :)))

When you feel down, cheer yourself up! Seriously, try to think for the reason first why are you feeling down. It could be because you're sick so, you need medicine for that. If you feel down for no reason at all, that is all in your mind. You just have to pull yourself up together and try to do something about it. It's no use feeling down for yourself or for nothing at all. There are lots of things that you can do and just remember that motivation starts with yourself.

What i usually do is, think about something that makes you happy, like your girl friend or family or friends. Think of it and feel the feelings as if it's real. Expect only the great things.

Why not count all of your blessings and see how lucky you are compare to those who's still up and fighting with less than what you have? Why not talk to those who love you and talk about the good old days? Check out things that you want to work but missed out due to time and schedule and try to finish them off. There's a lot of thing to do to perk you up, exercise, move and kick out those blues and treat your self with a good dinner or shop for that bag or belt that you been dying to have.

If I was in your position,I would do activities that will clear my mind of the disturbing thoughts that has clouded in my brains.Surely doing something is better than doing nothing.Though no matter how much you tell yourself to forget about it,it won't work out unless you really do something to forget about it.Obviously it'll take time to forget about that disturbing thought.
