Does anyone else think that the movie "When A Stranger Calls" stupid as hell?

She answers the phone, and he's doing that heavy breathing thing, and she's all, "I KNOW YOU'RE THERE, I CAN HEAR YOU BREATHING!!!".

Am I the only one?
 
It's retarded as hell. Another movie on my list.
 
Never seen it sounds horrible i mean a person who gets a bill over 800 dollars then gets prank called sounds like a comedy to me not a horror movie.
 
Sad thing is its in so many movies its ridiculous.
