Women's fashion is by far the best and easiest niche. Girl quotes, shit like that. Just anything girly.

I like Comedy and Sport niches. They're pretty easy to grow

My 14k is a text posts niche but tbh I don't like it very much @Loyal was right when he was talking to me about it.
