Not exactly since it's not that easy. If you really wanted a said gamertag, you'd have to keep doing it for a while which is why the program is better.
You can just click start on one of those and it'll do it for you and automatically change when it's open.

i dont think they have many here, and i think theirs a poll to ban it from the site, otherwise you would need to pay for one its around 5-10 bucks or more
Turboing is prohibited on ForumKorner. Your best luck would be to check out HackForums; I've noticed quite a lot of threads regarding programs/turboing.
