What's the FNC Method?

I just recently made a return to Xbox but what is the FNC Method? Does that only deal with the Xbox One and swapping your account on to there or?

Someone please go into details with me.

You basically changed you're gamertag to something that would get FNC'd like rapeisfun or something. And once it get's fnc'd you could use a turboer to swap a tag onto a main.

Is there a new swapping method? I was cbed while this was working and I didn't trust anyone enough to do it for me...

It works sometimes. It worked for my friend, but then for someone else it didn't.
