I've seen it round quite a lot, seems very hoogley boogley, just need it explained and is it possible to access?

Its very over rated. Mostly a bunch of junk really. Its like if you went back in time to 1996. That is what the deep web is.

On the other hand there are also a lot of illegal things that go on like drug selling and child porn. Anything else is really just rumors. Assassin's you hear about are all fake. Either cops or people looking to steal your bitcoins. The dude behind silkroad tried to hire a hitman off the deep web, turned out he was a cop. Iv never really seen any guns on any market places mainly because it would be impossible to get weapons across any post 9/11 border without them being stopped.

You really need to upgrade your internet then, it takes me like 40 seconds.

It depends on the proxy you have loaded and the website you're accessing
