What's stopping a 1 defense toon get barrows gloves?

Heroes gives defence, dragon slayer, a butt ton more probably.

Wrong.

These gloves do not have any requirements to wear; however, due to all the sub-quests that are required to complete Recipe for Disaster, there is a minimum of 34 Defence given from quests

Besides I saw a couple rolled back accounts that have 1-10 def and b gloves.
 
Do all the quests, admit to botting and ask to get all stat reset. After all stats are reset your fully quested with lvl 1s and B gloves
 
Ive seen a 1 def acc with b gloves and turm -.-
 
ya i know i was just stating that it's ridiculous that jagex wouldnt catch that.
