Yo whats going on with Xbox?. I can't invite anyone. Can't invite to game, party or anything. I press X, But nothing happens. It still doesn't work even inviting through Black Ops II game invite.

Xbox Live is currently down. Some people can connect but are having probelms. For more

It only says that the issue is signing into accounts. I'm on my account, But nothing is working. I can't invite anyone. I'm playing by myself atm sitting in a party by myself cause i can't invite anyone.
 
it happened this morning. It should be fixed in a couple of hours or so.
