Someone just gave me -10 rep and said I thought he wouldn't find me? hehe. I am so confused. someone please explain this to me? I didn't do anything at all.

HQ stands for High Quality, when it comes to this site.
You basically got a neg rep because of someone not getting a good impression of you.
Just up your game(quality, grammar, topics) a little more,and I am sure the user should remove it.
DO NOT START CONFLICT WITH THE USER, as revenge gets you no where on this site.
 
What's an HQ member? Me. Haha but really just like "One" said it means high quality. Don't make awful threads, or posts and you should be alright.
