The license transfer process only transfers the license tagged to the console id so other profiles can use it. i guess the link below explains it all. If you transferred the license from XBOX 1 to XBOX 2. the license is no longer in XBOX 1's console ID so only the gamertag who purchased it can play it online on XBOX 1.
