Well Last year I had a huge problem with waking up properly for school and Going to sleep properly etc
Ive tried almost every thing and Some times it works but Then a few days later I go back to old habbits =/
What my new plan is
Try to go to bed earily like 10:00 instead of 12:00
And yea Just turn every thing off so I have no distractions
Like when I sleep I have a 47 inch TV at the foot of my bed and To my left is a coffee table that has my laptop etc so yea I'm kinda surrounded and I always try to get on the computer and yea
I'm addicted to RG and RS and Movies so yea
What do you do to help you sleep/wake up?
And what would you recommend me to do
+ Would be nice if I was on at like 10:00+ Central time for someone to PM me saying like go the Phuck to sleep or something
I suggest dropping outta school that way you could make your own sleep hours and can get online and stay on for as long as you want. Then you could be like me

I need my body to just wake up by it self

Very nice, you'll have a great future ahead of you.
But you should try taking low doses of sleeping pills at first that way you can train your body. Then go on from there, then your body will recognize the pattern it needs to be in, while going to sleep remove all distractions. Turn off your TV and put the laptop somewhere else.
