I won a giveaway for the snapchat "Bangkok" put it on a fresh account and apparently it's a stolen account the guys provided no real evidence besides he knew the email I put on there. Should I give him the account?

I would keep it. You won it legit, fuck it.
 
You have way better sms I would just give it to him and avoid drama. On the other hand you have something he wants and could make money...

Depends on who it is. If it's just a random guy, keep it, no doubt. Majority of what's sold here was stolen at one point, no hard feelings. It's your call, man. Hell, I've even been in a similar situation, sold the account back for cheap, but still a decent profit.
 
Tell him he can have it back for a small sum of money. Or be a nice guy and give back for free
 
I'd keep it, stuff is stolen and sold on this site everyday. Those people don't get there shit back whys he any different.

Honestly, just ask for proof if he shows you proof tell him to sign up to FK and make a scam report but really you shouldn't giveaway man it's a pretty awesome Snapchat.
I bet in 3 months your gonna be seeing that SC sell for $25 - 40 lol
 
Personally, I'd give it back considering the most you'll make off of it is probably 5$, now that everyone knows it's a stolen account.

I didn't steal it and it's super secure because it's on a different account.
