For me, it would be that runescape would have different classes. Eg ork elve troll. Then you could unlock different quests for different classes.

What about you?
 
I would just change it back to the old and cool runescape..
 
I would change it back to 2006-2007 GFX, where PKing with a Whip was all king-shit.
