I remember seeing this death scene in a movie and I literally almost shit my pants. Anyway what happened was that this guy was buried underground with just his head popping out and when he woke up he looked straight and saw this clown driving one of those vehicles with the spikes at the front (Can't remember the name) and the serial killer clown just drove over the guy's head shredding his face off and decapitating him. That would be the worst fucking way to die hands down. For one you're staring death in the face and two you can't move.

To me the worse way to die would be having gasoline all over you and then set on fire. have you ever burt ur finger on the stove or skillet?? imagine that feeling, only 10x as painful, all over your body.
