What tool could I use?

Well, I need a tool that'll auto accept "friend requests" on a game I play. I have over 700 fans, and I need to accept them all.

Looks something like this

Everytime I hit the +, it reloads the page and I need to do it one by one. Does anyone have a tool I could use that'll just click automatically for me everytime it refreshes?

A more simple way could possibly be a autoclicker? I'm not really understanding what your talking about by refreshing. unless it refreshes to a different page this method should work.
