What to get for my birthday?

Ok so i dont know what to get for my birthday. I went to bestbuy and looked around and didnt find anything and my birthday is in 3 days. I will be 18 and really dont know what to get.

Here is a list of things i already have so dont say to get one of these

games (already got enough)
ipad
car
good tv
laptop
desktop
game consoles

so please help me out
 
You're 18, save your money up, go buy a lot of beer and get shit-faced with your friends. I'm sure they'd love to party it up with you for your sweet 18. I hope you have an amazing day in 3 days, my friend .
 
Get an oil change, new tires, new cell phone, have a party with some friends, something like that.
 
Haha just got home from getting a oil change for my car, go new tires recently, i was thinking about a new phone maybe a iphone and ill probably have a party
 
Clothes, and lots of them, accessories for your car if you have
