What to do?

I just logged onto runescape and it says my account is locked. I have about 30 days of game time on it, and im wondering that if i can not recover it back or unlock it, should i buy an account or is it not worth it. I have bought accounts in the past and everyone of them has been recovered. Thanks

Locked just means someone has tried to recover it many times.

It is easy to unlock an account dont think of buying a new one till it gets to that point.
