Okay... I have a lot of theories about life, god and death. Lets begin with theory no.1, which I figured out about the age of 8.

You live your life and get points for doing good and bad things (karma), then when you die, you can spend these points on what creature you want to be. I didn't finish the point system, just a theory. Like, human was probably the maximum points, as I thought it was great being a human when I was 8.

Now, at the age at 10 (Might have been 9), I just skipped 3rd grade, after being in 4th grade for like 1 month or so, I exposed my theory to my classmates, they thought I was an idiot. I said, what if I am not real? What if I am just a creation of your mind? What if we are dreaming now? Is this just your reality?

Now, my theories are mixed. (13 years old).
I believe that you may reincarnate as I have a hard time believing you just die out. Because this doesn't make sense to me. I do not believe in god, I think I stopped with that at the age of 8. I am not sure if you do reincarnate and I still think about the point system I thought about at the age of 8. Sometimes, I think the meaning of life is to be able to rest in peace, and not have any guilts when you die. But at the same time, I think it's bullshit. I do believe more in Satan than god, but I do not believe in either. I am considering Satan being real, as in my opinion there is more evil than good in the world. People say everyone have a inner goodness, well, I say, everyone have a inner evilness. But I still consider, is this reality? You can't know 100 %. So what's your theories?

I don't believe in any higher being or any afterlife.

I did that at the age of 11, you will get over it . xD

No but really, isn't that really boring?

It's not about it being boring or exciting. It's what you end up realizing is the right thing for you.

I don't think it goes together, maybe you keep living as dead, but you dream constantly. You go back to the life you were in before, till you died, and ended up in this life. Then that circle goes on? Who knows? ;3

I am Atheist, which in the definition term, is exactly what Dyker said. Atheist : "The belief of no higher form of life, such as a god"

I personally don't believe in reincarnation, afterlife, god, or anything after death. What happens is kind of what happens when you don't have a dream. You go to sleep the night before, and wake up in the morning. To you, it feels like its only been 30 seconds, but in fact its been 6+ hours.

I can't put that together, but I don't believe in a god either, so I am an atheist? That is what I have been calling myself, but wasn't sure. But I get a feeling that, that can't just happen. You got to wake up some time. Maybe in 1,000 years or so? Then you forget everything about your past? Who knows...

Yeah, if you don't believe in god, then your atheist. Being atheist isn't bad. I mean, look at all the people out there who are killing / harassing people for not believing god? IF by any chance there is a god, then what will that god think of them?

My theory also is this: If there is a god, then he put us on this planet to enjoy our lives and make something of ourselves, not to worship him.

I don't think down or badly of your "Waking up sometime. Meybe in 1,000 years or so?" theory, but i think it is false. THOUGH, It does get you thinking about it. I used to think that way a lot because to watch way too many movies / anime. XD ( of which I still do xD)

I also think that there is a possibility to keep living after death. I believe that so long you don't think about death, it won't happen. The worst thing that can happen by thinking this is just dieing someday, of course. But if you just don't think about it and ignore it when it comes, it most likely won't be so hard on you when it does happen.

I'm a strong Atheist. Why would I believe in something (God) that doesn't exist.

I hope there's an after-life, I want to come back as a Shark or a duck. Or a dog, so I can just lie down and sleep all day :3

If you want to be a shark, look up some stuff about the "Megalodon". Very funny / interesting concept art on that shark. lol.

Well, I used to be an Atheist.

About a year ago I converted to Christianity.

OT: I think you lean more to being agnostic and/or Deist.

I was born a Christian and and still a Christian. I believe that there is a God who created us all in 7 days. I believe we fell into sin and I believe that Jesus Christ died for all our sins.

You do know the bible lies?

They say he made it in 7 days, but what they didn't tell you is that between every day there was lots of 'break' days.

That there is a lie actually, he did create it in 7 days. Many people are led away, but Christians need to realize that the Bible needs to all be taken literally. He created the world in 7 human days. I can't prove it, but neither can these "scientists". It all comes down to faith.

The last time I said I was an atheist out loud in my house, my grandma bitch slapped me across the face <_>

I see that you're a fundamentalist Christian.

7 days to God can mean anything. Here's a verse.

2 Peter
Chapter 3

King James Bible
8 -- But, beloved, be not ignorant of this one thing, that one day is with the Lord as a thousand years, and a thousand years as one day.

Can you please find that for me?

A quote to you're quote.

"1 In the beginning God created the heavens and the earth. 2 Now the earth was formless and empty, darkness was over the surface of the deep, and the Spirit of God was hovering over the waters.

3 And God said, “Let there be light,” and there was light. 4 God saw that the light was good, and he separated the light from the darkness. 5 God called the light “day,” and the darkness he called “night.” And there was evening, and there was morning—the first day."

From Genesis 1 in case you didn't realize. Verse 5 is from the first day of creation, he already called it day. Why would this day be different from any other day? Why would God lie about days? God speaks only truth so we must see that this was made in human days.
Your text speaks as a comparison, saying how truly great it is to be with the Lord, it's not referencing to creation.

EDIT: I believe Jonathan is talking about the gap theory. "Scientists" say that it isn't humanly possible to have the world created in 7 days so they theorize that he must have taken breaks or gaps.

You realize you just proved me correct, right?

Not really, could you please explain?

I'm sort of in a transitional period when it comes to what I believe in.

I will say this though: there is nothing wrong with some of the moral values associated with religion - such as respect for your parents, neighbour, etc. Religion really isn't a bad insurance policy either... If you're wrong, you're wrong... but if you're right, you have everything to gain. I just don't necessarily believe in organized religion anymore... Most religions are good at their core for being better to your fellow man, etc, but they poison the minds of many and control much the population. Just think of all of the extremists throughout history who have demonstrated violence over religions that preach peace. All religions preach the same bullshit on some level, and it's unfortunate.

"Believe in our God, or you're fucked."

I find it hard to believe that my brain - and my current train of thought are all a result of some fucking rock exploding, so I'm not too sure about the whole Big Bang theory either.
(And for those of you who believe in the Big Bang theory - don't begin to chastise me for referring to it as some rock exploding. I Understand the theory quite well and have studied it extensively, I'm just simplifying it for whoever is reading this.)

All I know is that the universe as a whole is much bigger than any of us - and we're insignificant space dust compared to what is out there. I don't know if there is some all knowing entity, and I don't understand how this universe works. What I do know though - is that I have a healthy respect for the bigger picture, whatever that picture may be. I don't necessarily need a religion to tell me how to show that respect. Though if I were to pick one, it would probably be Buddhism. If not Buddhism, it's a tossup between Islam and Christianity. No, I'm not trolling about that last bit.

EDIT: this is my 400th post! :tongue2:
