Oh my god he should get arrested (Joke no flame meant) but that isn't really Philly's problem it is the group's problem.

The group is not the one who has DMCA Philly does he owns the images, what ever images go on FK are basicly his execpt like the ones hosted on imgur and other hosting sites that also have copyright
