I am chopping ivy at the moment.
I really want to train fletching and cooking to 99 though.

I would train fishing to 99, because you don't see the cape every where you turn

How many logs/what type do you have from wcing?
if you have a decent amount, finish up fletching.

Fishing and Woodcutting are the easiest to get to level 99
