What monsters to bot?

Just wondering what monsters I should be botting at. Im just trying to get my att,str,def and constitution up, hopefully make a boxer.
Stats atm are:
combat level 50
constitution 44
att 41
str 45
def 45

At the moment im at hobgoblins with full rune but with a chainmail. Its about 19k xp an hour and not really needing to use any food but if anyone knows any other monsters that I should move on to please post here. Thanks.

Im p2p and i do wanna make money while im doing it if that's possible.

P2P I can tell you a fast way to spend little of money a mill at most would be botting flawed trolls. To make money you could do chaos druids in resource dungeon.
