You have botnet thats not support russians or you opened the logs into a machine that does not support Cyrillic characters?
 
I tried using Teamviewer to log on using my iPhone because you can use those symboled letters on the keyboard. But invalid username or password.

I didn't show the whole password only the different language, there is more numbers.
And his username I got but all I need now is âôò translated..
 
Hi,
this just means his username is in another language, and the characters aren't supported by VB6.

å is quite common in Finnish and Swedish and most of the other Scandanavian languages, might help you come closer. They also use all of the other letters too I believe. Doesn't look like a word though :l.
