Maybe a guessing game? Some questions could be what is one's birthday, last name, relationship status etc..

Relationship status wouldn't work as there are only 4 options. Single, In a Relationship, Engaged, Married. There would be to many winner.
The others aren't bad.

The singing competition is something I'd do. But due to the fact that not many people will enter, and that people who like Dubstep, rap, or general shit pop music would be bias towards people doing them genres. I'd therefore be left in the cold, as I sing Jazz and gaykids wouldn't vote for me, whether or not they thought I was good. People are generally bias.

This is why I don't see a singing competition happening anytime soon.

No "gaykids" would be voting. The judging would be done by 2 staff and myself.

No. Participants may feel a number of things such as motivation and gratitude, amongst other things, for each and every vote they receive by the 'public'.
That doesn't exist with a closed vote.
