I don't smoke. After trying a few I decided not to waste money on them, and I have seen smokers 2 packs a day thats just throwing money in the garbage. I guess I am mentally strong enough where I have the power to quit doing something and I can handle my stress on my own, everyones different though. I actually stopped drinking soda expect for with meals and junk food as well. Only fruit and water for me.
I smoke a Black & Mild on occasion (maybe two or three times a month) I tried a few different types of cigarettes and couldn't stand them, they taste like complete shit to me. Also i read it takes two to get addicted to them but I smoked three Marlboro's when I was stressed out one day and felt absolutely no cravings after words. Few of my friends smoke so I don't have an issue with it as long as you smoke outside and don't smell like it when you walk around (a friend that quit said that he didn't realize how strong it smelled until after he quit).
