My favorite motto is "Try and try until you succeed." because I have goals and plans for success.

How about you guys?

The golden rule - "Do not do unto others what you do not want to do unto you"

Its just as simple as that, if you do good expect good things from people

"This too shall pass". i first heard this from my best friend when i was really down. whenever i have problems, i always think of this quote and feel better.

I also like this one: "Satisfaction doesn't come from getting what you want, but wanting what you already have"

my favorite motto is "to see is to believe"short but clear.
 
Your motto is also not that bad. Your motto is quite inspiring and quite true also we must keep on trying until success lies on our way. But i have a very very very simple motto " Simple living and high thinking"

I like your motto, my friend. We need really need to see first the action or thing before we believe.

Well i don't have a particular motto I follow but there are many. Hmm the one that I love the best is 'I'd rather be hated for who I am than loved for who I am not"

I love this saying a lot and i think it's very true too. People should be who they are, not try to be someone else just to please people. I'd really love to be hated for who I am than loved for who I am not.
