Is when someone quickly takes a gamertag when he/she knows that it is in the process of getting swap/transfer to another account by another user. Usually when someone buys a gamertag, another individual will be expecting that tag to be swap anytime soon...so the turboer will try numerous times to input that tag hoping they will beat the original owner for acquisition.
