I think everybody deserves a second chance. Some people give the items back and do change because they realize that they'll get screwed over in other communities.
This is one of the few sites out there that actually deals with scammers and bans them, ForumKorner is extremely good with tightening up the community, it's not like you can predict if someones a scammer.
 
It is close to summer, everybody is scamming so they can get money to buy mcdonalds in the summer. Simple as that.
 
I will admit, over the almost year I've been here, I've seen a major decline in this forum.


Also, @"terror squad" scammed for $1k+ when he quit fk.

It's different for people, some people closest friends on here leave and it's boring so they lose interest in FK.
