What is a turbo?

I hear people talking about turboing and swapping, what the hell is that and how do you do it?
 
Turboing ( as far as I know ) is when somebody has an auto clicker sort of program which keeps attempting to change to the desired gamertag, and as soon as it is available, that person gets it.
 
Do you need to put in a list of OG tags or something?
 
Turboing is basically trying to take the tag over and over on like a fresh silver.

I don't know about that, as I've never attempted to turbo a tag, but I think you just pick one gamertag.
 
Really confused, so say I want the tag Kill, it'll keep checking for availability until the owner changes the tag?

Yes, and when it's available it'll change it to that gamertag so you get it.

Oh, I looked on another thread on here, so do I just need an auto clicker and make it auto click check for availability? Or is there a program that can do it without me waiting on xbox.com?

I think the program itself includes the autoclicker.
