What Happens When A GT Gets Pulled Back?

Hey Guys,

I'm not having the best luck this month lol but I bought a tag here a while ago nothing special just a random a 3 char to mess around on until I swapped my tag. But I was going to let my cousin play on it so I signed in and poof. It was gone. I checked the UA link and saw the conversation and it was been pulled back from the user I bought it from he's banned here now so it won't make a difference me saying lol.

But my main concern now is what will happen? he's saying I hacked the tag and he gave MS the console ID etc to his xbox I believe he was the 2nd owner and if I don't have the tag then he should now. But I'm worried will I get console banned for this or will I just lose the tag? I don't care about the tag I just don't want all my others banned

Pretty sure you won't be console banned, but people like @plague @devour and @junior can answer this better.
 
Do the same thing, only the tag will get banned.

But rather no one have it then him right?
 
Chargeback on him? and do the same thing back.

I guess yeah, I will do that. As long as only the tag gets banned I don't care lol Thanks for the advice man
 

have you recovered it to your console? i believe you actually will get console banned because thats how my console was banned . & i would contact the user trying to resolve it as he has the ability to close a UA . he will most likely get it banned if he owned it before you & you and your cousin may both be console banned , sometimes they ban all the tags on your console when you get console banned , so if you have a main GT on their i may be worried
