What happens if you are logged into the same facebook account...?

On a phone and a computer at the same time? Will your chat status keep
saying offline, then online or you can't be logged onto both at the same
time? (If they're online, then offline with white dot, then online does
that mean they are on facebook on a computer?

Now-a-days Facebook is turning bad. Mainly facebook chat is not good. it shows many friends online. But when we start to chat, it will show them offline. This process is continuing daily.
