What happened to "The veterans" group?

Where did it go? And Is it gonna come back?
 
The user Chill bought it and he is just re-doing it I think. It will still be the veterans though
 
Well Quad/MDG4 Charged back philly about 500$ and he owned the group. so he basicly scammed for it.

the owner is banned and once it gets sold it is probably going to change.
 
Massimo/Quad owned it, he got banned so Philly decided to sell it. Then I'm pretty sure Chill bought it from Philly and is now running it
 
When can you become accepted into the group? Are there signups? Will it be up and running soon?

So many questions
