What happened to prayer? :'(

So recently I purchased the supplies necessary for 43 prayer. To my astonishment I found no one at POH near Rimmington or Taverly in either "House Parties" world or "Open Gilded Altar". Is there something changed!? What have I missed!?

I can't use the ectofuntus method due to not completing Priest in Peril.

I believe there is some other new method of training prayer. I remember seeing something about it around Cinco de Mayo I think.

Thank-you, but I don't think that's still continued, I attempted to find it by looking in the locations of where to start and yet to have any luck

Is there a reason you can't do priest in peril? It literally takes maybe 10 minutes at most.
