What happened to Notorious?

It appears as though Notorious was taken from @"Beware", even though he obtained it from Philly legitimately. Here are the logs that Beware gave me:

I would like some clarification as to why this has happened.
 
Both owners got b& so it got ripped
 
My nigga @Beware got his group took fam, it's gone. @Philly most likely took it since beware got banned man

Usually inactive/long suspended members' groups are deleted in their absence.

Incorrect, permanent banned members groups are auctioned off by @Philly but on the other hand if your ban has a time frame you get to keep your group. Prime example, I bought a group just before my 6 month ban, came back and I still have ownership of it.

No. If you are inactive for over 3 months your group WILL be deleted. If you ever do choose to come back, your group will be set back up upon request."

You're not listening.

I was gone for 6 months, not inactive for 3, my group was never deleted. I still had the group. Different topic going inactive and being banned.

I think Beware ban doesn't fit that category.

He's sure as hell not going to be active while he's banned, now is he? Your group isn't on the group CP anyway. Beware can work it out with Philly when he's back. For now, we don't need an inactive group to add to the others.

If he actually did what everyone is saying he did I'm shattered he will be able to return. Theft is a sad thing, if scammers can't return then why should someone who technically scammed @Philly be able to?
 
If the owner is perm banned while owning a group or award it is deleted or auctioned to the highest bidder.

I could have deleted your group after 3 months of your ban @chill as that would still be considered inactive. However I did not do this because I did not want to deal with the potential drama involved with doing this.
 
Philly you just did it because I have a spot deep within your heart, it's true yes? We are very good friends and you've blessed me with a gift @Philly a gift anyone would be pleased with, your friendship.

Oh as for @beware I honestly doubt I will unban him, the group is deleted. As far as I am concerned he did just as bad as @"michael". I simply caught him before he could do any damage unlike the whole @michael situation.
