What gets a person the "Limited" title?

I'm just wondering, but what gets a person the "Limited" title? Is it breaking rules or what? Thanks!

Warning level doesn't mean shit tbh, I went from 0% warning level to limited.

i think ive been limited like 4 times now, and ive had like 60 - 80% warnings i pissed of carbon alot when he was staff and now i seem to anoy All Day Win
 
Ive never been limited, Im so hq and such a fantastic member

Maybe if you didn't add ADL or AGW or anything like that you wouldn't have a problem. Maybe if you didn't start drama with people you wouldnt have a problem
