Well I wanted to take it over PM but I know Carbon he thinks he works at Microsoft and want to use that big long and strange words when he talk in PM like 30 year old Microsoft workers. So Carbon plays like a 30 years old in PM and he play like a god so I don't want to talk to that guy.

If you can't sort it out with Carbon himself, escalate the matter to another staff member or if need be, management. No need for a public outcry. We can't do anything for you.
