What do you eat a day?

Just wondering, because like, I sleep at fucked up times so the ONLY food I can have is fast food (I wake up at like 10PM meaning that the only shops open around here are fast food shops, then go to sleep like 10AM before are cafes/shit are open) and I don't really like food that you buy at the supermarket/shit (Mainly because I hate cooking and my mum fails at cooking).

Anyway, basically every day I have 1 meal at around 10:30PM. That meal is 3 big macs and it fills me up for 24 hours. Just wanting to compare that to what you eat.

I really have nothing better to do with my time than think about what I eat compared to what you eat. :( I need a life.

Anyways, I usually get up at 10:30am varying on the day. I eat big meals for lunch and dinner, I generally have fruit in between meals.
I eat a bowl of Just Right for breakfast, I'm so sick of it but it's healthy so eh..
For lunch and dinner it could be anything from Sandwiches, Dim Sims, Spaghetti, Chicken.

I try to eat healthily but sometimes the fridge doesn't have what I'm after so I have to resort to things like Dim Sims and what not.
 
wow that is extremely unhealthy, I work 5 days a week full time so i have breakfast, lunch and dinner at normal times..

Not really that fat, slightly I have to admit but eh. You gain some you lose some (gain = stress-less nights doing shit without people annoying me, you lose some by only eating once/24 hours and that being fast food)
 
You know that since your only eating 1 meal a day your metabolism slows down to slowly consume all the food.
Bad for your health and makes you overweight. The average healthy person is suppose to eat 5-6 small-medium meals a day.

Who said anything about burnt food? Just dude, pack a sandwich or something, buy a couple of apples and mandarins and bring them with you.
Eating three big macs in a sitting is highly unhealthy, you should watch the documentary "Supersize Me", hopefully it would change your outview on McDonalds.

Just because he's skinny that doesn't mean he's healthy. He could have insanely high cholesterol and BP.

For breakfast I eat:
Scrambled egg whites
Pint of skim milk
Toasted bagel w/ jelly

2 hours later I eat 2 boiled eggs

Lunch:
turkey sandwich
hummus/pita bread
beef jerky
rice cake


2 hours later I eat a peanut butter sandwich

Dinner varies

After my evening workouts I have a rice cake with peanut butter on top.

  1. 9:45am - School (Snack)
    • Sandwich,
    • Pizza or
    • Hamburger
  2. 5:00pm - Home (Lunch)
    • Something warm and quick to prepare
  3. 9:00pm - Home (Dinner)
    • Sandwich,
    • Cereal or
    • Leftovers

If you have watched the video, they stated his cholesterol is low. He IS healthy. They did say he had some freakishly genes though.

3 Bigmacs a day? That's enough calories for 3 days, if I'm not mistaken.
