What do I need for frosts?

Well I want to bot frosts for a day or so and I'm wondering what I would need.

My account is:
80 attack 80 strength 80 def(when I start) ~80 HP 21 prayer 4 summoning.

I have a budget of 20m.

I have rapier.

What all do I need? Should I get some stats up?

There's a quick guide on it but I honestly believe you are going to need a higher prayer level. I'm pretty sure you have to use protect from magic to ensure that they don't destroy you. But, there are lots of people that bot it here so they will be able to tell you what you need to do.

You may want to consider getting your atk/str/def stats up just to increase the income per hour.
And yes prayer higher is a must.
