I need some help deciding whether I should get an iMac or a Alienware Gaming Laptop.
iMac (Click) 27-inch: 2.7GHz model.
Alienware (Click)
I currently have a decent gaming PC, and I'm probably going to keep it as I have the money to buy either an iMac or an Alienware without selling my current PC.

Any contributions appreciated!

Definitely the iMac compared to the Alien-ware.

Yeah, the main reason I was thinking of getting a Laptop is the portability factor. I'm probably going to be getting the iMac then

Not sure what these geeks are talking about, but I'd take the Alienware over the iMac without a doubt.

Meant to add a P face to add a bit of fun to it, don't take it so harshly. But just because you have what he's contemplating about doesn't mean he should get it , macs are overpriced imo, they're nice, but for what this guy wants, the alien is so much better.
 
Get the iMac over the Alienware. Or you could just build your own computer and get a even better one.

That's what I did for the PC I have at the moment. But because my parents split up a while ago, I wanted to get a good PC for my mums and a good PC for my dads. And I didn't fancy going through the hassle of researching parts etc again.
 
For that money, I will kill you if you don't build your own.

They are more customizable and are way more powerful.

Really. I can hire an assassin on the deep web. xD

All jokes aside. BUILD YOUR OWN is all I can emphasize on.
 
Really it all depends on the activities you're doing on your computer.
 
For a super computer just build one with $700 cash. Or for just browsing just get a simple computer $400 or less
