How do you DDOS someone, Do i need any programs?
 
DDOS'ing wouldn't help you and is a criminal crime, just saying.
 
See if you can get some more information on the dude, and then try to recover his account and steal his stuff.

I would say this. Go Pking with him, then take him down by ddos'ing.
 
Whit an ip you can trace him and fiend his exact zip code ,country,city and other details including name address and stuff plus his ISP
