I recently got home from Duke University after attending a business program there. I lived with a group of 100 other students and we all got to know each other well and had a great time.

In two weeks I go back to Duke for an Engineering course with only a handful of those students that went with me this time.

Now I feel kind of depressed and I don't want to feel this way all two weeks until I go back. All my friends at home are out on vacation so I can't hang with them.

Whiskey can cheer any one up

OR

Just drown your self with music and Sleep it away

That's pretty much what I've been doing for this past day. I want to LIVE though, not just exist. I know 2 weeks isn't long to wait, but some of my friends that I met there are going to different Universities for the next classes.

I just want something that will make time pass quickly and that I'll enjoy.

You should try to get real friends, where you live.

I've called everyone I can think to hang out with and they are all busy.

You should go out and have fun. I'm sure you have even a few contacts not on vacation, get with them and just live. You could go play ball, go riding (if you are able to do that, not sure, we have hills around here and it's fun), you could just hang out.

Do something fun!

Or, you could sleep it away and drown yourself in music like Dungeoneering said, that's always fun!
